You are going to receive inbound and/or place outbound calls as well as provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels in order to manage and resolve customer complaints. Strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client.

Maybe you’re wondering; what are we looking for in a Teammate? They have to be….

An Incredible Human: someone with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Eloquent and #RidiculouslyIntelligent: A Teammate with exceptional verbal and written communication in English, focused on resolving issues well.
